About Chillifields B&B

On arrival at Chillifields the first thing that strikes you is the tranquility of the place, surrounded by lush green lawn and colorful flowers. It is nestled on a hillside on a 10-acre farm overlooking the beautiful Assagay Valley. The farm is home to a myriad of bird species, so bring along your binoculars and you could well be rewarded with sightings of Long-crested Eagles, Egyptian geese and Purple Tauraco’s to name a few.  Chillifields is conveniently situated midway between Pietermaritzburg and Durban, making it the ideal place from which to explore the Midlands Meander or the Durban Beaches and Ushaka Marine World.
