About Hanlin Lodge

Hanlin Lodge has three luxury air-conditioned chalets (sleeping 6 each) and the honeymoon suite which provide self-catering accommodation.

The function area looks out over the water on two sides and all the chalet’s front decks overhang the dam. The lodge is surrounded by lush bushveld trees and water and bushveld birds are plentiful. Guests are often treated by game coming to drink or graze on the dam wall in the late afternoon.

Fishing is allowed in the dam (catch and release only) and guest can go for walks or drives to see the game and the birds.

What a super place. The cabins are well appointed. Beautiful views over the dam, have good sunset views of the waterbuck coming down to drink. Excellent for birders
